Proposed and current local laws

The Shire of Ngaanyatjarraku is proposing to implement a Local Law for the establishment of the Warburton Bushfire Brigade. A copy of the draft Local Law can be downloaded here

Submissions may be made to the Shire Office or via mail@ngaanyatjarraku.wa.gov.au closing 14^th June 2023

The Shire is situated within the Aboriginal Lands Trust land leased to the Ngaanyatjarra Council (Aboriginal Corporation) who is the land manager who also has adopted their own Local Laws.
