At our Ordinary Meeting held on 28 August 2024, Council adopted the 2024 – 2025 Annual Budget.
The key points include:
• Rates to increase by 4%;
• An increase by 4% for all fees and charges;
• Changeover of one vehicle in accordance with the Plant Replacement Program;
• Purchase of a rubbish truck and two waste collection trailers for the project ‘Working towards waste compliance’;
• TV equipment upgrade – Blackstone Community;
• $8.04 million roads program incorporating additional works associated with the BHP West Musgrave mine.
